Just Doing Stuff

We have been off to a good start this fall- I have three parties booked already and the kids are loving school. Lillie had her birthday party on the 12th ( a little late), she wanted a Littlest Pet Shop theme. If you don't know what those are, they are little bobble headed animals that your kids can leave on the floor for you to step on in barefeet in the middle of the night. Those and Polly Pockets are her current obsession. They are actually really handy to keep in the church bag and the diaper bag 'cuz all of the kids like playing with them. So for her party we ate "littlest foods" and played pet games and made collars for the kid's stuffed animals. She didn't want to do a Noah's Ark party 'cuz most of her friends had just been to one and she couldn't do a Bella Bee party because she was inviting her current boy toy, Kayden. They had a lot of fun and she was happy so that was what mattered. Whip has been planning his party since July-he wants a Halloween/ Monster Birthday. That should be pretty fun and easy.

Cannon is rolling all over everything and loves to grab anything he can reach. I have to be really careful what is around me when I am holding him because he is quick!! The kids like to feed him his baby food and if they don't get it in his mouth fast enough he grabs the spoon. It's pretty messy, but it's good for his older siblings to help out. I am hoping Cannon waits a little longer to start crawling, but once he figures it out I don't think anyone can stop him. Due to the recent rash of birthday parties he has also become obsessed with balloons.

I did a Bella Bee party on Saturday for one of Lillie's friends and after I did my thing and left they took the kids home in one of the limos they own. Lillie was very excited. Here is some pictures of Whip building block towers and knocking them down and all of us playing at the park with Moira.

On another happy note Micah and Cori were able to adopt a baby boy this weekend and we couldn't be happier for them. Looks like a bumper crop of boys for the Strasser family this year. We are excited to meet the new baby the next time we get to Idaho.

That looks like it was fun. London loves the Littlest pet shop too. I got rid of the polly pockets though. I love the pictures of Lillie's hair sticking to the balloons...cute, and the one of the blocks falling.
